About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Autism Support Professional to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality care and support to young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in our Coventry-based home.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting young people in their daily lives, promoting education, independence, and well-being.
  • Creating a supportive and nurturing environment that caters to the unique needs of each individual.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
  • Experience in supporting children, ideally with a passion for working with children.
