Disability Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Professional to join our team at Senad Group. As a key member of our support workforce, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, communication or specialist health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families and colleagues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised support plans
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional boundaries
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
