Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and record customer needs, suggesting revisions to the provider plan to ensure their needs are met.
  • Interpret information and situations, taking part in opportunities to meet customers' physical, social, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining a stimulating environment through the delivery of activities in line with person-centred provider plans.
  • Encourage customers to access and interact with their community, supporting them to access community-based provision as per their provider plan.
  • Support customers when using transport to attend the day centre or community-based services.
Requirements:
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills to record and document activities in the provider plans.
  • A basic understanding of customer needs and their rights as an individual.

Please note that you should be available to work immediately or at short notice, have the right to work in the UK, and undergo an enhanced DBS check.
