We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our client, a well-established Social Housing Main Contractor, on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with residents, providing full support on any possible issues, and collaborating with the Site Manager to highlight concerns with site safety or welfare.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with managerial guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer care to residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure site safety and welfare standards are met.
- Support the Site Manager with quality control, environmental, and H&S requirements.
- Produce and deliver literature to residents, keeping them informed of start dates and work details.
- Record and report any complaints, ensuring they are dealt with professionally and resolved promptly.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated individual with experience in the Social Housing sector.
- Ability to work independently with managerial guidance.
- Full valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
- Good understanding of construction processes and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office IT applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
