Resident Liaison Officer (Social Housing) Opportunity

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Berkshire, working closely with residents and site managers to ensure a smooth delivery of social housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer care to residents, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with site managers to identify and mitigate potential safety and welfare risks.
  • Support quality control, environmental, and health and safety initiatives in line with company procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with residents through literature and regular updates.
  • Record and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the social housing sector.
  • Ability to work independently with managerial guidance.
  • Full valid UK driving license and own vehicle.
  • Good understanding of construction processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
