Resident Liaison Officer Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our client, a well-established Social Housing Main Contractor, on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with residents to provide full support on any possible issues
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager to highlight concerns with site safety or welfare to both residents and site operatives
  • Support the Site Manager with quality control, environmental, and H&S requirements in line with company procedures
  • Produce and deliver literature to residents informing them of start dates and details of works
  • Record and report any complaints made, ensuring that all complaints are dealt with professionally and resolved in a timely manner
  • Provide ongoing support to residents while works are being carried out to their property

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated individual with experience in the Social Housing sector dealing with customer care
  • Able to work independently with managerial guidance
  • Full valid UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Good understanding of construction processes and systems
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency using office IT applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word or equivalent software
  • Punctual and good timekeeping
  • Ability to take instruction and effectively carry out tasks
