">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FM Administrator to join our team at HMP Forest Bank. As a key member of the Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management services.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain comprehensive records and organise electronic systems to support facilities operations.">
- Liaise with contractors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.">
- Manage staff training records, contractor certifications, and facilities diaries.">
- Coordinate contractor bookings, manage e-permits, and operate our CAFM system (Maximo).">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong administration experience.">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.">
- Effective time management, planning, and scheduling skills.">
- Knowledge of contractor RAMS/SSOW processes.">
- Prior experience in facilities management or a similar role.">
