Contract Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. This is a full-time on-site engagement, totaling 37.5 hours per week, and falls under Inside of IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to a department or individual, handling tasks such as data recording, analysis, and reporting.
  • Contribute to special projects involving data entry, spreadsheet management, and document preparation.
  • Utilize MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the business team to produce Excel spreadsheets, SharePoint Surveys, and SAP reports.
