Key Responsibilities- Support Campaign Management: Assist in the day-to-day management of influencer content campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Creator Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Strategic Research and Outreach: Support the campaigns team in researching, vetting, and sourcing creators for client campaigns.
- Campaign Oversight: Manage campaigns via our platform, Waves, including brief and content uploads, and creator payments.
- Client Support: Provide 360-degree support to our self-service clients on the platform, ensuring their campaigns meet their expectations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to create end-of-campaign reports, analyzing campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Team Player: A proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting team members.
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and creators.
