Principal Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Quality Engineer to join our team on the Global Combat Air Programme. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement APQP methodologies to ensure quality excellence across all project phases.
  • Collaborate with international partners to foster a unified approach to quality management and share best practices globally.
  • Lead quality initiatives and train team members on APQP practices and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in quality engineering, preferably within the aerospace or defence industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in APQP methodologies and tools, New Product Introduction, and risk assessment and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Leadership and initiative skills, with experience in training and mentoring team members.
