Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Access Talent Group. This role will involve on-site and office auditing, monitoring, assessment, and verification of measured quantities and technical compliance with contracts, processes, and standards within Highways schemes.
This is an opportunity for someone with experience in Highways who would like to work on-site and gain exposure to construction. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all measurements and technical compliance meet the required standards.
Responsibilities:
- Measurement Reports
- OI Review Reports
- Monitoring Reports
- Contribute to Monthly Reports
- Contribute to Annual Report
- General Site Visits (inc CDM/H&S checks)
- Ad Hoc IRIS data requests
- Assist in Winter and Incident Response Reviews
- Attend Measurement meetings
The ideal candidate will have a graduate or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent, significant experience in both on-site and office assessment and verification of measured quantities and compliance with contracts, processes, and standards within Highways, and demonstrable significant knowledge of maintenance and construction works associated with the construction, management, and maintenance of a roads network.
Salary: £75,000 per annum, making this a highly competitive offer in the Building Control & Surveying sector.
