As an Engineering Degree Apprentice, you'll work closely with our expert engineers on ground-breaking projects, driving us closer to a more sustainable future.

In your first year, you'll gain a solid foundation in engineering principles through workshop-based training at our Apprentice Academy in Derby. This will be complemented by classroom-based learning for your degree with the University of Derby.

A significant advantage of this role is the opportunity to progress and develop your skills further. Throughout your degree apprenticeship, you'll receive on-the-job training and outstanding opportunities to advance within our organization.

To succeed in this position, you'll need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, be a quick thinker, and demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for developing a career in engineering. A minimum of five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English Language, Maths, and Science, is also required.
