Skills Coach Specialist

Stoke on Trent College is an exciting and fast-growing place to be, where we are passionate about getting our learners Skills Ready; Future Ready.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Skill Coach - Leadership and Management.

This role involves working with learners to develop their skills and knowledge in leadership and management. You will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our learners.

The ideal candidate will have excellent coaching and training skills, as well as experience in leadership and management. A salary of £34,315 per annum (Grade 3) is offered for this role.
