We are seeking a skilled Agile Coach to join our team, working closely with local employers and stakeholders to identify key opportunities for customers and employers.

About the Role

As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for developing an awareness of the local labour market, identifying key opportunities for customers and employers, and ensuring that customer attendance and success measures are above national benchmarks. You will also be required to work with various customer groups, including young adults, adults, customers with learning difficulties and disabilities, lone parents, offenders, and offenders in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an awareness of the local labour market to identify key opportunities for customers and employers.
  • Monitor own performance to ensure customer attendance and success measures are above national benchmarks.
  • Work with various customer groups to deliver high-quality services.
  • Ensure policies regarding Child and Adult at Risk and Data Security are adhered to.
Requirements
  • Full NVQ Level 2 in customer service, business administration, accounting, or IT.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
  • Level 2 IT Qualification, such as ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence).
  • Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification.
  • IEP Accredited Sector Induction (Level 2).
  • IEP Accredited Certificate in Employability Practice (Level 3).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and a positive and supportive working environment.
