About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Clinical Assessor to join our team. As a Clinical Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough functional medical assessments of individuals claiming ESA benefits. You will work closely with a diverse range of people presenting with complex conditions, including physical, mental health, cognitive, and sensory impairments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and write reports that accurately reflect an individual's abilities and limitations
- Provide empathetic support and guidance to clients during the assessment process
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times
What You Will Need
- A strong background in healthcare, preferably with experience in assessing individuals with disabilities or impairments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Full registration with the HCPC/NMC
