We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead the development and implementation of clinical services across our region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare in our community.
About the Role
The Clinical Services Manager will lead the development and implementation of clinical services across the region, ensuring that they meet the needs of our patients and communities. This will involve working closely with clinicians, managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement service plans, manage budgets, and monitor performance. You will also lead and manage teams of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in healthcare management, including experience of developing and implementing clinical services, managing budgets, and leading teams. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical services across the region.
- Work closely with clinicians, managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement service plans.
- Manage budgets and monitor performance.
- Lead and manage teams of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
- Significant experience in healthcare management, including experience of developing and implementing clinical services.
- Experience of managing budgets and monitoring performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and access to professional development opportunities.
Location
The role will be based at our offices in Plymouth, but may require travel to other locations within the region.
