Advanced Clinical Practitioner

University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of the MDT, you will provide specialist advice and support to medical and nursing staff, as well as other healthcare professionals.
Your primary responsibility will be to assess the needs of patients and develop comprehensive plans to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for delivering expert trauma care clinical advice to healthcare professionals in all secondary healthcare settings within the local health economy.
You will work closely with healthcare providers to ensure safe transfer of complex patients who require specialist care or repatriation. In addition, you will participate in the development of guidelines and policies to support evidence-based practice and compliance with national and local standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. They will also be NMC registered and have proven evidence of continuing professional development.
The estimated salary for this role is between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
