Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at Practice Plus Group Hospital Plymouth. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a crucial role in driving patient care forward by delivering innovative training and education.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and teaching, with experience in clinical practice and simulation sessions. You will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical training, contributing to improvement projects, and supporting the development of our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovate and lead: Support improvements in patient care and outcomes through innovative training, simulation sessions, and advice.
- Make an impact: Directly contribute to improvements in patient care and outcomes through providing training and advice during emergencies.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong understanding of clinical practice and education, and be able to provide high-quality training to our staff.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days annual leave increasing with every 2 years of service to a maximum of 28 days + Bank Holidays.
