As a term-time Teaching Assistant, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on students aged 4-11 in their social, emotional, and academic growth. Prior experience in childcare or working with children is beneficial, offering a fantastic opportunity for long-term, full-time engagement.

What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with teachers to support groups of students.
  • Provide regular feedback on student progress and maintain records.
  • Attend to students' personal needs and offer guidance on welfare matters.
  • Engage with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor student development.
  • Work with students individually or in small groups to support their learning.
  • Serve as a positive role model for students and colleagues.

What You'll Need:
  • Previous experience working with children.
  • Genuine passion for making a difference in students' lives.
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Enhanced child DBS check (we can assist if needed).
  • Strong behavior and classroom management skills.
  • Patience and empathy to support students' learning journey.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (we do not provide sponsorship).

The estimated salary for this role is around £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
