Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Lead for Suicide Prevention and Risk Management to join their senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Trust's approach to suicide prevention and clinical risk assessment and management at both strategic and clinical levels across the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with expertise in suicide prevention and clinical risk management to make a significant impact on patient care and outcomes.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As the Clinical Lead for Suicide Prevention and Risk Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and implementation of the Trust's suicide prevention strategy
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on clinical risk assessment and management
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective interventions for patients at risk of self-harm or suicide
  • Working closely with patients, families, and carers to provide support and guidance on suicide prevention
  • Acting as an ambassador for the Trust in local, regional, and national suicide prevention activities

You will have a strong background in mental health and a proven track record of experience in suicide prevention and clinical risk management.
