Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality and Risk Management Lead to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in quality and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide advanced professional nursing knowledge and expertise to support all disciplines within the Division.
  • To work closely with the Divisional Senior Nurses to develop and deliver excellent nursing care and achieve the Division's Business Plan objectives.
  • To interpret overall health service policy and strategy, establishing goals and standards for the Division.
  • To contribute to the coordination of the Trust's response to Department of Health initiatives on nursing, midwifery, and allied health professions.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Proven experience in quality and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time post with a competitive salary package, including annual leave entitlements and pension scheme.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
