Support and Guidance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support and Guidance Specialist to join our team at Hargate Healthcare Ltd. As a Support and Guidance Specialist, you will play a key role in providing support and guidance to children and young people in our care.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for implementing care plans and managing risk assessments, as well as developing strong relationships with children, staff, parents, and external agencies. A passion for improving outcomes for children and a commitment to providing exceptional care and support are essential for this role.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 qualified in Children and Young People or equivalent
- Experience in a supervisory role within children's residential care
- Knowledgeable about legislation and guidelines for children's homes
- Passionate about improving outcomes for children
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings where necessary
