Construction Market Research Role

We are seeking a skilled Market Research Specialist to join our building science team at Saint-Gobain Cristaleria, SL. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to extract valuable insights from complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct market research and building construction market segmentation to support strategic and tactical needs.
  2. Collect Voice of Customer data to identify pain points and customer needs.
  3. Develop customer personas based on VOC efforts to support new solution development, sales enablement, and marketing activities.
  4. Communicate market research findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  5. Contribute to building science team strategy and building product systems.
  6. Survey training programs to inform internal training initiatives.
  7. Lead program to identify opportunities for new products, solutions, and services, and perform early-stage assessments.

Requirements:
Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to extract value from complex information. Customer-centric mindset and desire to grow and learn. Ability to navigate projects through a business lens and frame technical challenges as business opportunities. Strong knowledge of the residential and commercial building construction business and construction and building science concepts. Ability to conduct rigorous analyses and synthesize complex information for both technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor of Science in a relevant field with 7+ years of experience or Master of Science with 3+ years of experience. Up to 20% travel required.
