About Defence Intelligence Systems Engineers - Navigation and Security Specialist Roles:

We are seeking a skilled Defence Intelligence Systems Engineer to join our team, working on exciting projects that require expertise in navigation systems and security capabilities.

As a Defence Intelligence Systems Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides critical support to customers in the delivery of secured navigation, which is mission-critical for accurate positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT). Your role will involve developing innovative solutions for next-generation navigation systems, collaborating with specialist teams to provide consultancy support, research, and services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing navigation system specifications
  • Developing robust navigation techniques, including anti-jam and anti-spoof methods
  • Working with multi-sensor navigation systems
  • Collaborating with product development teams to ensure ILS elements are contained in the design

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field
  • Experience designing through life support processes in support of product and service solutions
  • Knowledge of UK and international standards relating to ILS activities

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: Malvern, Worcestershire & Bristol, South Gloucestershire
