- Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch and over the phone, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Proactively contact customers to discuss their needs and provide solutions to meet their financial objectives.
- Use internal systems to maintain accurate customer records and identify vulnerable customers who require additional support.
- Adhere to and understand the appropriate policies, standards, controls, and limits of authority applicable to your role.
- Annual discretionary bonus scheme with an average on-target bonus of 8%.
- 25 days standard annual leave + bank holidays + rising 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 30 days after 5 years.
- Holiday trading scheme allowing the ability to buy and sell additional annual leave days.
