Assistant Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Prezzo team in Haverhill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including menu engineering, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
