We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Prezzo team in Haverhill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
About the RoleAs an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Prezzo, you will:
- Lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and control restaurant operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve business objectives and improve profitability.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and career progression.
