Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Prezzo team in Haverhill. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
The RoleAs an Assistant Manager at Prezzo, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Managing restaurant operations, including inventory, stock control, and cash handling
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
