Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Safety and Customer Care Specialist at our Shipley FWC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members while using our wet facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer care and ensure a warm welcome for all members
- Monitor and maintain the safety of our swimming pool, sauna, and steam room facilities
- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies
- Work collaboratively with our team to create a friendly and relaxed environment
- Support our members in achieving their health and wellness goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team and provide ongoing training records.
