Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary:
Willing Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse (RMN) to join our team at our specialist care home providing high-quality care for individuals with dementia and mental health needs. Our client takes pride in offering a supportive, nurturing environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents with mental health and dementia needs
  • Administer medications and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
  • Support and mentor care staff

Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Previous experience in a mental health or dementia care setting (preferred)
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to delivering exceptional care
