Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our client's night team in a nurturing nursing home environment.
About the Role:- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, adhering to their individualised care plans and medical requirements.
- Administer medications and perform procedures as prescribed, ensuring safety and accuracy at all times.
- Regularly monitor and record vital signs, assessing residents' overall well-being and reporting any changes to the care team.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing support and clear information while fostering a trusting environment.
- Work alongside healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care, ensuring all aspects of residents' health and well-being are addressed.
- Nursing Qualification: You hold a Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin.
- Nursing Home Experience: Proven experience working as a nurse in a nursing home setting, demonstrating your ability to deliver high-quality care in this environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, contributing positively to a collaborative care culture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
