Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a Registered General Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, particularly those with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide empathetic and individualized nursing care to our residents, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, in accordance with healthcare professionals' prescriptions.
- Monitor and record vital signs and symptoms, intervening as necessary to ensure the well-being of our residents.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and colleagues to ensure holistic care and provide necessary support.
- Adhere to all clinical and safeguarding procedures and policies, prioritizing patient safety and well-being above all else.
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with valid UK NMC registration.
- Prior experience in older adult care, particularly with individuals with dementia.
- Strong clinical skills and comprehensive knowledge of relevant nursing procedures and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive and respectful care environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing positively to collaborative care efforts.
