Nurse Care Specialist

Cherrybrook Care Home is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work in a 120-bedded facility, specializing in complex mental health care, including dementia and challenging behaviors. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
We offer a competitive salary of £22 per hour, paid breaks, and a comprehensive benefits package, including NMC registration fee paid, 5.6 weeks annual leave, pension, uniform provided, DBS paid, and onsite parking.
