Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Austin Fraser, responsible for providing exceptional care and support to young people in a Children's Home in Nuneaton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential childcare and a proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safeguarding and promoting the welfare and development of all our young people. This includes ensuring that their needs are being met, recognising changes in behaviour, and updating individual risk assessments/care plans as necessary.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate professional to develop their skills and expertise in residential childcare while making a real difference in the lives of our young people. We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with children in residential care, hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent, and possess a Full UK Driving Licence. A clear DBS check is also required.
