Nursing Home Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic manager to lead our new children's home in Nuneaton. As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the residential home, ensuring the well-being and safety of the children in our care.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in children's residential care, with a minimum of 2 years of management experience in a similar setting. They will also hold relevant qualifications, such as the Level 3 Children's Residential Qualification and the Level 5 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the residential home
- Ensure the well-being and safety of the children
- Manage staff members to uphold high standards of care
Benefits:

- £250 per child bonus per calendar month
- £2,000 Ofsted good outcome
