We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Austin Fraser, dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to young people in a Children's Home in Nuneaton. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential childcare and a strong passion for making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in line with OFSTED regulations. This includes safeguarding and promoting the welfare and development of all our young people, as well as ensuring that their needs are being met and recognising changes in behaviour that may require updates to individual risk assessments/care plans.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to develop their skills and expertise in residential childcare while making a real difference in the lives of our young people. We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with children in residential care, hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent, and possess a Full UK Driving Licence. A clear DBS check is also required.
