**Job Title:** Children's Home Leader

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced leader to join our residential team as a Children's Home Registered Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and management, holding a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people aged 7-17 with EBD
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve shared goals

**Requirements:** To be considered for this role, you must have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent, a full UK driving license, experience of working with children and young people with EBD, strong leadership and management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
