Unlock a World-Leading Healthcare Partnership

A highly ambitious role has emerged at HeliosX Group, where we are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Lead to spearhead our global clinical operations. This exceptional opportunity is ideal for individuals who share our passion for revolutionising healthcare, making it faster and more accessible than ever before.

We've earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through our top-selling products and well-known brands: MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. A significant factor behind our success is having our own pharmacies, manufacturers, and products – led by leading in-house medical teams, researchers, and pharmacists. Our 2023 global revenue was $80m, and we're set to more than double this in 2024 as we look to surpass $200m and positively impact the daily lives of more people than ever before.

Transforming Global Healthcare Delivery

This strategic role will play a pivotal part in shaping our future growth and expansion plans. As our Clinical Operations Lead, you will be responsible for delivering service excellence across all brands and geographies, ensuring that cost, SLAs, and service quality metrics meet targets while mitigating potential issues. You will also oversee project management leadership, driving improvement projects and service launches as we continue to launch new brands and markets within the group.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Design and implement strategies to optimise clinical service delivery, aligning with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and Mentor Teams: Lead and mentor the Operations & Performance and Clinician Onboarding & Engagement teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate Urgency and Outcomes: Cultivate an action-oriented team that values urgency and outcomes, driving results-driven decision-making.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience leading or consulting to large-scale digital operations in telemedicine or healthcare. Your exceptional data and analytical skills will enable you to drive informed decision-making, while your deep understanding of service delivery metrics, including SLAs, cost management, and quality KPIs, will ensure seamless execution.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. With a strong understanding of the UK and US telemedicine regulatory landscape, you will navigate complex challenges with ease, always prioritising patient care and safety.

What We Offer

At HeliosX Group, we offer a dynamic work environment, where innovation and creativity thrive. As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
