Job Title: Clinical Learning and Development Lead

HeliosX Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Learning and Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a global Learning Management System (LMS) that provides accessible, high-quality training to our global workforce of healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical training, medical education, or healthcare onboarding, with experience in creating and delivering training programs, both in-person and digitally. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create content and ensure that all staff are trained to the highest standards.

This is a remote/home-based role with occasional travel to our office in Central London. If you are passionate about improving healthcare for everyone and have the skills and experience to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a global Learning Management System (LMS) for healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create high-quality training content
  • Develop and deliver online testing and certification processes
  • Establish clear KPIs to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a medical, healthcare, or clinical field (desirable)
  • Advanced degree or certification in clinical education, teaching, or learning & development (preferred)
  • Extensive experience in clinical training, medical education, or healthcare onboarding
  • Strong experience in creating and delivering training programs, both in-person and digitally
