Job Description

We're seeking an exceptional Content Marketing Lead to join our team at HeliosX Group. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and drive the voice behind our innovative brands, leading the charge in crafting compelling, compliant, and impactful content that resonates with our diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and lead a team of senior copywriters to drive creative excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Nurture a culture of innovation and high standards, empowering the team to produce industry-leading content that sets our brands apart.
  • Take ownership of copy briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while editing and providing feedback on copy generated by the copy team and freelance support.
  • Create systemized frameworks and tools to elevate the quality and velocity of the team.

As the first-ever Content Marketing Lead at HeliosX Group, you'll champion the development of breakthrough brand and campaign copy, leveraging deep expertise in persuasive writing and consumer behavior insights to craft messaging that drives engagement and conversions.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in content marketing or copywriting, ideally with in-house brand (healthtech, medical, fintech, D2C/startup) experience or agency background.
  • 3+ years in leadership and team management skills, with a talent for inspiring, mentoring, and developing a diverse team of creative professionals to reach their full potential.
  • A master of the art of copywriting and skilled at transforming briefs into powerful creative concepts that align perfectly with brand identity and strategic vision.
