Hailing from the UK, our company has made significant strides in improving global healthcare standards. We're now seeking an accomplished Senior Clinical Quality Leader to spearhead all aspects of clinical quality, operations, and governance across our international presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Governance & Quality Assurance
  1. Develop and manage a comprehensive clinical governance framework, ensuring alignment with international best practices.
  2. Ensure compliance with FDA, CQC, GPhC, and MHRA regulations across all regions.
  3. Drive robust quality improvement programs, focusing on enhancing clinical outcomes and patient safety.
  4. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical quality, governance, and patient safety.
  5. Oversee clinical audit processes and integrate ongoing quality assurance activities into operational practices.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
  1. Evaluate and ensure regulatory compliance across all regions of operation.
  2. Cultivate relationships with local and international regulatory authorities to stay informed about changes in clinical regulations.
  3. Implement a risk management framework to identify, mitigate, and manage risks within clinical operations.
  4. Lead incident management processes, addressing clinical incidents, patient complaints, and adverse events.
  5. Establish an incident reporting system, facilitating timely investigation and resolution.
Quality Improvement & Clinical Audits
  1. Leverage expertise to drive quality improvement initiatives globally.
  2. Design a structured clinical audit program to assess the quality of care delivered.
  3. Promote a culture of quality improvement by advocating best practices.
Training & Development
  1. Oversight of a clinical training program.
  2. Guidance on the ongoing professional development of clinical teams.
  3. Leadership in initiatives to educate clinical teams on incident management and quality improvement methodologies.
  4. Provision of strategic direction and guidance to the global quality and clinical operations teams.
What You'll Bring to HeliosX Group
  • Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) and active medical licensure.
  • A minimum of 8 years of senior-level clinical experience focused on quality improvement or clinical governance.
  • Demonstrated success in leading quality improvement programs.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience in clinical risk management.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
