Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor cost/sales budgets, including variations, general cost tracking, and purchase orders.
  • Compile daily project cost tracking reports for review with the Project Manager.
  • Track resources and cross-reference weekly timesheets.
  • Track purchase orders and communicate their status to the Project Manager.
  • Prepare monthly major contract review presentations.
  • Document and maintain records of all project-related meetings for external audits.
  • Assist the Health and Safety Manager/Advisor with on-site reporting.
  • Maintain price files and ensure all relevant documentation is complete, chasing missing documents as needed.
