Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist.
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Housing Operations team, including managing appointments, preparing documents, and updating systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide a high standard of customer service.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers accessing our service and will be responsible for answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support.
In this role, you will work closely with the Housing Operations team to ensure the smooth operation of our services and provide administrative support as needed.

Salary: £10,038 - £10,578 (14.4 Hours per week)
Location: North Locality Housing Office, Blairgowrie
