Big Cat Cleaning Equipment is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Administrator, Receptionist, and Sales Assistant.

As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome, managing incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Your friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills will ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression.

In addition to your reception duties, you will play a vital role in supporting the office operations and sales team. From managing schedules and coordinating meetings to processing orders and assisting with customer inquiries, your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in keeping our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties
- Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organisation
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with order processing, including invoicing and shipment coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
- Assist with general office tasks and projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
