About the Role
We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our supported living service for individuals with complex needs and learning disabilities.
The role will be based in a local community setting, where you will support young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
You will help service users with daily tasks, access community facilities, and participate in leisure activities.
About You
We are looking for individuals with a caring and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Previous experience in social care is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
