A highly skilled Senior Mechatronics Engineer with a background in automation systems, electro-mechanical products and complex control systems will join a respected name in the wind energy industry.

As a key member of the automation team, the successful Senior Mechatronics & Automation Engineer will design machines such as robots, actuators and conveyors; design electrical and pneumatic control systems and manage automation projects.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 4+ years of industrial experience in designing electro-mechanical products or machines.

Beyond technical skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are required to understand end-user requirements and deliver quality focused solutions.

Solid 3D CAD skills, particularly in SolidWorks, and experience working with Allen Bradley RS Logix/Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk View are highly desirable. Programming Mitsubishi SCARA robots and Fanuc 6 axis robots is also an advantage.

We offer a generous benefits package and competitive salary, circa £65,000 - £85,000 depending on experience, along with full eligibility to work in the UK.
