">Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum

We are looking for a highly experienced Mechatronic Support Specialist to join our Emerging Technology Services Team in Europe.

About the Job

  1. ">
  2. Create and maintain maintenance procedural and troubleshooting documentation for advanced technology systems.">
  3. Escalate complex system issues impacting machine performance or availability to senior engineers.">
  4. Monitor system performance across the EU region and lead continuous improvement initiatives.">
  5. Provide on-site support for new product implementations, upgrades, routine hardware audits, and troubleshooting.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).">
  • Knowledge and/or working experience with statistical analysis tools, data visualization, and program management.">
  • Experience leading disciplined technical problem-solving and root cause analysis methodologies.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
