**Job Opportunity at Vertiv**

Vertiv is seeking a highly skilled Telemarketing Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through warm calling on a B2B basis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Make contact with targeted customers via telephone to generate new sales leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to monitor lead progression and target specific accounts.
  • Update and maintain our CRM system, acquiring new contacts and adding to the system.
  • Support the sales team with meeting bookings and coordination.
  • Arrange for the sending of introductory emails, invites, and sales literature.
  • Assist with the promotion of marketing campaigns and support with follow-up from events.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent telephone manner, confidence, and strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong ICT knowledge, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Team working in a sales-oriented environment.
  • Effective time management.
  • Comfortable spending the majority of time outbound calling.
