Luxury Lettings Role

Dove and Hawk is looking for a seasoned Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team in prime central London.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in high-end lettings and a strong network of contacts within the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Client acquisition and relationship-building
  • Viewing management and client satisfaction
  • Offer negotiation and deal closure
  • Paperwork completion and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a lettings negotiator in luxury properties
  • Proven track record of success in high-end lettings
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This role comes with a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000 and an OTE of £60,000 + car allowance.
