Job Summary:

We are seeking an Acquisitions and Leasing Executive to join our team at Capstone Property Recruitment. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing suitable locations for Starbucks coffee shops across England and Wales.

About the Job:

In this role, you will work closely with our brand team to ensure alignment with Starbucks' brand standards and customer experience objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include site identification and evaluation, pipeline development, financial analysis and due diligence, negotiation and deal structuring, project management, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential sites for Starbucks coffee shops, considering factors such as foot traffic, accessibility, and demographic suitability.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities.
  • Analyze financial data to determine the viability of potential sites.
  • Negotiate lease terms and purchase agreements to secure optimal terms.
  • Collaborate with our brand team to ensure alignment with Starbucks' brand standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in site acquisitions, real estate, or property development, preferably within the retail or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing leasehold and freehold sites for retail or hospitality purposes.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in financial analysis, deal structuring, and negotiation.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with the geographic area south of the M4 Corridor, demonstrating knowledge of local markets and trends.
  • Knowledge of drive-thru and EV charging infrastructure requirements is a plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Business, Hospitality) is preferred.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + bonus + benefits
